PACE Enrollment Coordinator
The PACE Enrollment Coordinator reports directly to the Vice President for Enrollment Management. This is a full-time, 12-month position with benefits.
General Responsibilities
· Manage PACE Recruitment
· Strengthen PACE enrollment
Specific Responsibilities
· Organize and maintain a strong recruitment strategy for PACE
· Set operation standards for measurable reporting to VP for Enrollment Management (VPEM) & President
· Increase student recruitment through PACE Preferred Business Partnerships: Conway & 60 mile radius and regionally
· Set up business & community visits at least 2 times per week
· Attend Chamber of Commerce and other community and state meetings to generate student leads and partnerships
· Develop and implement special events, such as Open Houses & Student Appreciation events for PACE for the purpose of recruitment and retention of students
· Work with VPEM to manage and develop PACE enrollment & registration deadlines for prospective & current students
· Become proficient in the campus student information system (Campus Anyware) and CRM (HubSpot)
· Oversee the management of student inquiries and leads to the point of application decision
· Oversee the management of prospective-student applicant files to the point of enrollment
· Oversee prospective-student interviews, visits, etc.
· Maintain an Outlook Calendar
· Serve on college committees, professional organizations
· Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
· Strong oral and written communications skills, detail-oriented, and proactive
· Thrives on genuine interpersonal communication and relationship
· Strong organizational and critical thinking skills
· Ability to work independently as well as in a team atmosphere
Minimum Qualifications
· Associate degree required
· Experience in Customer Service or related field.
· Valid Driver’s License
· The candidate must support the Christian identity of the college and demonstrate mature faith, a Christian lifestyle, and strong belief in the Baptist doctrine.
Preferred:
· Bachelor’s Degree
· Experience in admissions or recruitment
· Experience with marketing and communication plans
· Knowledge of student populations and changing demographics in student recruitment
· CRM and SIS experience (Hubspot and Campus Anyware preferred)
Location, Environment and Physical Demands:
· Central Baptist College, Conway, AR
· Some travel required; minimal overnight
· Some weekends and weeknight work (average one per month)
· Ability to lift 25 lbs.

Perform any other related duties as assigned by the Vice-President of Enrollment Management or other appropriate administrators.
