Job description
To manage the Treasury systems processes that support the Company’s daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting. More specifically, this role is responsible for leading the treasury system management and administration for a suite of systems such as, T-Recs, Smart Analysis, UPCS and Treasury Management Software ATOM) He or she will work closely with the treasury team and IT team to plan and test new releases, upgrades, integrations, and managing static data. This role will document current and future treasury system processes, identifying and implementing process improvements, acquisition initiatives.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage tight timelines to complete multiple system implementations
  • Ensure day-to-day tasks of all systems under responsibility are completed appropriately
  • Liaise between the business functions, IT, and software vendors to communicate business requirements and enhancements
  • Manage cross functional teams and/or work efforts
  • Assist with technical issues resolution including end users when impacted
  • Assume lead role on systems projects and provide subject matter expertise
  • Establish, foster and maintain working relationships with peers, internal customers and technical support teams
  • Ensure effective communication across multiple teams and promote continuous application improvements
  • Monitor and maintain system performance goals
  • Implement and manage test plans for system upgrades
  • Rollout and train users on new features or enhancements which have impact on existing processes
  • Ability to reallocate resources to accomplish priority tasks
  • Provides training and mentors members of team
  • Maintain an understanding of treasury software market
  • Identify and implement improvements to existing treasury processes through the development of continuous improvement initiatives
  • Conduct ongoing/future analysis on treasury system processes to achieve continuous improvement for all
  • Provide a strategic vision for the design and implementation of process flow, and internal controls
  • Participate in treasury team evaluations of new or unused functionality of treasury systems and research and evaluation of potential application solutions
  • Create best practice change management process collectively with the treasury system team and own periodic global communications related to change management
  • Ensure leading practices for change management are implemented and consistently followed
  • Identify, document, and maintain system sox controls and complete audits to ensure compliance

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 4 Year-Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or related field preferred
  • MBA, CTP, AAP, CPA, CFA preferred

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES:
  • Proven ability to lead change efforts
  • Cultivate a culture of innovation
  • Moderate to advanced SQL skills
  • Strong customer focus
  • Experience with reconciliation software
  • Basic knowledge of software development lifecycle
  • Ability to create simple to complex project plans and manage the execution of them
  • Moderate to advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Access)
  • Moderate to advanced SQL knowledge
  • Basic to moderate understanding of scripting or automation tools
  • Understanding of file transfer protocol
