Office Assistant / Front Desk Receptionist

Looking for a positive, enthusiastic and energetic, professional person to provide outstanding administrative support to a fast paced, ever growing financial services firm. Able to offer SUPERIOR customer service to our clients. This person is the frontline face/voice of our firm and is responsible for receiving the clients, handling phone calls and appointment management, taking care of the front desk area, break and conference rooms, as well as assisting in the exiting process of the clients, checking them out and taking payments, and scheduling future appointments. Assisting in obtain primary financial data for accounting and tax records. Compute and record numerical data. Check the accuracy of transactions. Perform data entry and administrative duties.

Primary duties of this office assistant / receptionist position includes: scanning documents, electronic and physical filing, data entry, managing the office calendar and appointments, coordinating with clients by phone and email, printing and mailing correspondence

This is a permanent, full-time position in the Anthem Arizona office, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.

  • Demonstrates ability to build client relationships with various types of clients
  • Demonstrates strong computer skills & phone etiquette
  • Financial office experience a plus
  • Has record of longevity of employment history
  • Is punctual and reliable
  • Pays attention to detail
  • IS A TEAM PLAYER!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
