Product Analyst

Autoparts Warehouse is looking to immediately fill the Product Analyst role. We are searching for a hands-on Product Analyst who can execute in a fast-paced environment. The right candidate should have automotive industry knowledge / experience with strong analytic skills. This role is critical to ensuring that our inventory levels are optimized to meet customer demand. This position will offer exposure to how warehouse distribution functions.

Candidates must be able to:

• Proactively identify new products that drive the business and increase revenue.
• Evaluate products by SKU to optimize assortment and coverage.
• Provide analysis and reporting to support inventory.
• Quickly identify and find solutions related to product depth.
• Identify new suppliers to increase coverage or improve costs.
• Evaluate lost sales data and provide recommendations.
• Manages cataloging and product information to support the business.
• Maintains knowledge of Market Trends and new product offerings.
• Participates as needed in industry associations in order to stay abreast of industry trends and developments.

Qualifications:

• Automotive industry knowledge / experience
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written skills
• Work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to trouble shoot and problem solve
• Ability to handle difficult situations professionally and in a non-confrontational manner
• Technologically adept, and proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel / Access dbase)
• Desire to work in a team environment
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
