About the Job
Seasons is a comprehensive behavioral health center offering a broad range of psychiatric and behavioral health services to communities in the Northwest Iowa region. We are currently seeking a highly skilled therapist to be our full-time Therapy Director. This individual will supervise and mentor Seasons' Outpatient Therapists in our Rock Rapids, Sibley, Sheldon, Sioux Center, and Sioux City, IA offices. They will also work closely with Seasons' Leadership to ensure the short-term and long-term goals of the organization are met.
Salary Range
$60,000-$75,000 per year (Depending on years of experience, education, and license level)

Salary Range
$60,000-$75,000 per year (Depending on years of experience, education, and license level)
Requirements
- Must have an active Iowa license OR be eligible to acquire one (LMHC, LMSW, LISW or LMFT preferred)
- Must be eligible to provide clinical supervision
- Excellent leadership and communication skills are required
- Must have strong clinical skills and experience providing treatment to children, families, and individuals with severe and persistent mental illnesses
- Some travel is required for this position, so a valid driver's license is required
