Job Summary:
The Analyst serves to gather and transform data into usable information for the purpose of reporting on operations, informing leaders, decision-making, planning and forecasting, and system optimization.

Essential Duties: The Analyst will research and analyze various sources of data and provide consistent, accurate outputs, develop and implement customized reporting and dashboard functions to meet stakeholder needs, and will create value by focusing on automation, lean principles, and continual process improvement. The Analyst will coordinate and collaborate with Information Systems to ensure valid and accessible data and with departmental leaders across the organization as needed.

Essential Qualifications: Associate Degree required; bachelor's degree and certification preferred. 3 years experience of related experience. Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite, SQL Report Writing, and Database Systems Administration Required; MediTech Expanse preferred.
