What Implementation Management contributes to Cardinal Health

Implementation Management is responsible for planning, organizing and leading solution implementations. Manages project plans, resources, and commitments to the customer. Monitors and tracks the progress of implementations. Partners with sales and the customer early in the process to develop implementation project plans. Works with management and peers to develop consistent methodologies based on best practices for efficiently implementing solutions.

Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for Pyxis project implementation management
  • Workflow system design according to clients needs
  • Support customers during system implementation
  • Train clients on system management
  • Provide customer service to clients

Qualifications

  • A minimum of an Associate Degree in Nursing or Surgical Technician is required
  • A minimum of 2 years of equivalent experience is required
  • Experience in hospital (OR) environment is required
  • Experience and knowledge in Pyxis systems is preferred
  • Fluent in English and Spanish written and verbal is preferred
  • Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office products
  • Customer service, problem solving and analytical skills are required
  • Puerto Rico active driver's license is required
  • Availability to travel within Puerto Rico territory a 100% of the time is required.
  • A Covid-19 vaccination is required in order to be employed in this position. This includes either:
    • 2 doses of the Moderna or Pfizer vaccine
    • 1 dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine
