Here’s how you can help:

As a Benefits/Leave Administrator, you will provide hands on support to our Employees, Operations Managers, and HR Managers by administering and managing all benefit, leave and accommodation requests. You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of leaves of absence, including those arising under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and state/local leave laws, while maintaining compliance with all federal and state regulations as well as company policies. The position is also responsible for administering employee benefit programs including Health, Dental, Vision, COBRA, and health and wellness programs. You will have the opportunity to play a key role in helping execute our people initiatives, providing great internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence.

We are looking for someone who:

·Has prior proven experience in benefits administration, including COBRA, ACA, open enrollment, and overall benefits compliance

·Has prior proven experience in leave administration including FMLA, NYS PFL, Disability, Worker’s Compensation, and ADA.

·Has strong written and oral communication skills to communicate with all levels of management and employees

·Has strong knowledge of applicable laws and the ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.

·Possesses a high level of integrity and trust worthiness

·Prior experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred.
