First Steps is looking for Occupational Therapists to join our team! Current available treating areas in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex:

• Hurst/Euless/Bedford
• Lancaster/Duncanville/Desoto
• Fort Worth (Central/South)
• Richardson/Garland
• South Dallas

Your Role:

• Complete initial evaluations and recertifications
• Create individualized, occupation-based goals
• Design and deliver compassionate, individualized treatment
• Submit documentation in a timely manner
• Educate/train caregivers to provide carryover of skills
• Provide effective and timely communication with families
• Supervise COTAs (performing initial evaluations and recertifications, collaborating on goals and treatments, and providing clinical support as needed)

COMPENSATION RATE: Dependent upon experience

Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist OT Texas License
• Current CPR certification
• Valid personal Texas auto liability insurance
• A passion to treat and care for our pediatric population!
